We have programs for both beginners and intermediate strikers who is looking to expand their knowledge and can be used for MMA, fitness, kickboxing competition or self-defense.

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts.

Our Mixed Martial Arts program combines all of the programs offered at that gym including Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu and Fitness, as well as other scheduled sparring times dedicated to putting it all together in a safe, controlled setting.  

Our Circuit Fit will keep the body guessing with this 30 minute full body workout that changes daily and combines mixed martial arts techniques with other exciting workouts.

Our kid's program combines Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling and ranks in Pankration, a Greek form of Mixed Martial Arts that was displayed in the very first Olympics.

Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu are two of the most realistic forms of martial arts available. Children will gain self-discipline and self-confidence while learning how to focus and goal set. Kids emerge from this program changed for the better. Their parents couldn’t be happier!
