PROGRAMS & CLASSES
Sixel’s Circuit Fit (COMING SOON)– A 30 Minute full body workout that members can complete anytime during our business hours. Workouts change daily with fun and exciting exercises and mixed martial arts movements. A trainer will be with you every step of the way to help you at each station and motivate you through the entire workout. Members will enjoy the benefits of weight loss, increased muscle tone and an overall improvement in their fitness level.
Strength and Conditioning – Ran by a certified personal trainer that will get the body firing correctly through a carefully thought out curriculum. The coach will mirror movements that will help members perform the techniques that are taught in our martial arts classes. Members will also enjoy a better understanding of their body and how it reacts to certain movements. This is a great compliment to any fitness program.
Strength & Condition (Corrective and Preventive Action) – This session is for members that are competing or thinking about competing. Our certified personal trainer will work with members individually during this block of time to assist with any corrective actions needed due to injuries and to build specific programs to help their body fire more effectively during training and competition.
Muay Thai / Kickboxing – This is a coach guided class that works specific drills, techniques and combos to build a foundation for each members. The last 30 minutes will be for members that want to drill technique on their own or get sparring rounds in. Members benefit from learning one of the most realistic forms of self-defense while standing as well as prepare for competitions in Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, and Pankration. The many members that don’t compete simply reap the benefits of a fun and great workout that easily burns over 500 calories per class!
Jiu Jitsu (Gi and NoGi) - This is a coach guided class that works specific drills and techniques to build a foundation for each members. The last 30 minutes will be for members that want to drill technique on their own or get live rolls in. Members benefit from learning one of the most realistic forms of self-defense while transitioning to the ground or on the ground as well as prepare for competitions in Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Pankration. The many members that don’t compete simply reap the benefits of a fun and great workout that easily burns over 500 calories per class!
MMA Sparring – Members need to have a Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu membership at minimum to attend this class. We ensure members have a basic foundation of stand up, takedown and ground techniques prior to starting to spar for the safety of themselves and other members. Members are able to spar to simply practice everything they have been learning in the other classes or to prepare for upcoming competitions.
Curriculum Review / Fundamentals – These classes will be scheduled monthly (mostly on Fridays and Saturdays) as a bonus for our members. The Curriculum Review will benefit members looking to see what’s expected for their next rank and an overview of each technique/concept in every position. Fundamental classes will explain the Competition rules, points scored and concepts/positions within Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu.
